We each have psychological tendencies that prevent us from seeing that our choices and behaviors might be unethical. These tendencies are known as BlindSpots. By gaining an understanding of your BlindSpots and by developing skills to promote a more positive culture, you can prevent ethical missteps and ultimately strengthen your organization.

During this program you will:

  • Examine psychological BlindSpots through examples and engaging discussion activities
  • Discern how organizational systems and policies may enable BlindSpots
  • Identify and assess BlindSpots
  • Develop ways to overcome your BlindSpots

Attendees will leave with a better understanding of why good people sometimes fail to do the right thing.
