It isn’t easy to shift organizational culture. Oftentimes we resort to maintaining a culture instead of actively building a one. There is also an underlying notion that culture doesn’t ‘make’ money, so it oftentimes isn’t the priority. This session will challenge you to think about your organization as a living system leading you to envision multiple ways to add knowledge and information to your organizational culture and build its ability to attract and retain talent.
