Keynote Speakers:
Kevin Kush, former Boys Town Football Coach - "A Piece of the Puzzle... Eight Traits of a Quality Teammate"
In a straight forward no-excuses style, Kevin Kush discusses eight traits that can turn any group or organization into a cohesive, high-performing team. Including; respecting everyone, handling adversity, adapting to change, and the importance of having high energy and being accountable.

Shabnam Mogharabi, GM of SoulPancake - "Get Awkward: The Power of Authenticity"
Positive psychology tells us that finding your authentic voice and having a clear sense of self and identity are critical to feeling fulfilled as a human being. Shabnam will share insights around how to force yourself to feel awkward and uncomfortable in an effort to tap into your vulnerability, and ultimately the authentic personal voice and interpersonal connections that make us who we are.

NEW! Three-Hour Workshop- "Leading Through Conflict" - additional $30
Conflict happens and there are tools and skills that you can build to become better at handling these difficult situations. Problems arise between coworkers, within teams, with customers, and throughout any change efforts in an organization. This workshop will focus on how to work through those conflicts in a more effective way that preserves relationships and provides for better, implementable outcomes. It is an interactive workshop in which participants will learn concepts, apply them, and determine the best application in their own workplaces. Joan Sabott, a conflict practitioner, educator, and trainer, will be leading the workshop.
