Leading Through Conflict
Conflict happens and there are tools and skills that you can build to become better at handling these difficult situations. Problems arise between coworkers, within teams, with customers, and throughout any change efforts in an organization. This workshop will focus on how to work through those conflicts in a more effective way that preserves relationships and provides for better, implementable outcomes. It is an interactive workshop in which participants will learn concepts, apply them, and determine the best application in their own workplaces.
